Chris Palmer is a general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in new construction, remodels, additions, kitchens, basements, and full-scale residential projects.  He began working in the trades in Ann Arbor in the mid-1990s, managing a five person crew on new builds, renovations, and restoration work.  In 1999, he founded Cocobolo Co. LLC and has built a long standing reputation for solid workmanship, clear communication, and projects built with care and a commitment to quality.  His work is based in the Ann Arbor area, with select projects completed in Washington DC, New Orleans and coastal Oregon.  Much of his work comes through referrals and clients he's worked with through the years.

Chris studied engineering, industrial design and fine arts at the University of Michigan before moving fully into the trades.  That mix of technical training and hand-on craftsmanship gives him a strong eye for detail and a practical, problem-solving approach.  Cocobolo Co. focuses on residential work with select commercial projects, serving homeowners and business owners who want a contractor who keeps projects running smoothly, on schedule, and with a high standard of workmanship.
